DVS Publisher Suite Meets UCITS IV Guidelines for KII
DVS Publisher Suite automates generation of Key Investor Information (KII), also called Key Investor Disclosures (KID). KII are standardized two or three page documents which are in line with the new UCITS IV requirements. By July 2012, the KII will replace the current simplified prospectus. It shall enforce the prospective investors to make qualified investment decisions based on the contained essential information in a standardized form.

DVS Publisher Suite automates KII generation. The solution covers all regulatory requirements, which are related to the data management and processing of KIIs according to the CESR specification, such as

A FundsXML Compliant Solution
Princeton Financial Systems is actively involved in the FundsXML working group initiated by the German fund association BVI. The goal is to integrate KII Information into
FundsXML. FundsXML is an open standard used in some European countries as a mandatory format for exchanging mutual fund information.
