Automated Creation of Key Investor Information Documents

DVS Publisher Suite Meets UCITS IV Guidelines for KII

DVS Publisher Suite automates generation of Key Investor Information (KII), also called Key Investor Disclosures (KID). KII are standardized two or three page documents which are in line with the new UCITS IV requirements. By July 2012, the KII will replace the current simplified prospectus. It shall enforce the prospective investors to make qualified investment decisions based on the contained essential information in a standardized form.

Princeton Financial Systems provides consulting services, integration support and a dedicated software solution for the automatic creation of KIIs with the DVS Publisher Suite.
